1. Access and Privacy

You agree to abide by any policies posted on peerpals.us. Furthermore, by accessing Company you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding your access to the services on the Website.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to register for or use the services provided in the Website. The right to void any transactions with minors or defaulters is reserved.
In consideration of use of our services, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by registration forms; and (b) to maintain and update this information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Company retains the right to terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the services.

2. Refunds and Guarantee
This applies to all products purchased with instant electronic transfer or through email. Sales are final from the time that the order is processed. If you find that you need to cancel an order, there may be, at the discretion of the Company, a cancellation fee applied. If any product is found to be malfunctioning, a  credit will be issued after confirmation of the malfunction. Company guarantees that we will make every effort to make your transaction 100% safe. This Website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the Website, their information is protected both online and off-line. Our servers here at Company are secured with the most sophisticated encryption software available today to protect all information; including credit or debit card numbers, personal address and order information.
Refunds need to be requested within 30 days of purchase. Company may, at its discretion extend this time period, depending on the circumstances.

You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity, whether actual or fictitious, including impersonating an employee or consultant of the Company.

Company is not responsible for the content on the Internet or WebPages that are contained outside the Website. Company makes no representations as to the quality, suitability, functionality or legality of any other websites to which we may provide links, and you hereby waive any claim you might have against Company with respect to such sites.

5. Choice of Law, Jurisdiction, and Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both you and Company submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of England and Wales and further agree that any cause of action arising under this Agreement shall be brought in an English court.

6. Severability
The invalidity or unenforceability of any term of, or any right arising pursuant to, this Agreement shall not in any way affect the remaining terms or rights that shall be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable term or right did not exist.

7. Waiver
The failure of any party to enforce or to exercise, at any time or for any period of time, any term of or any right arising pursuant to the Agreement does not constitute and shall not be construed as a waiver of such term or right and shall in no way affect that party’s right later to enforce or exercise it.

8. Assignment
Company may freely assign this Agreement and upon such assignment Company will be relieved of any further obligation there under. You may not assign your rights under this Agreement, in whole or in part, to any third party.

9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement (including the Privacy Statement) constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the matters dealt with herein and supersedes any previous agreement between the parties in relation to such matters.

10. Amendments
Company may, in its sole discretion and at any time, modify and/or discontinue the web site, and/or limit, terminate or suspend your use of or access to Company and/or make changes to this Agreement. If we decide to change this Agreement, we will post those changes on the Website or any other places we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
